Michael P. Annichiarico is a seasoned health care executive with almost 30 years of Senior Level Management experience. His career has spanned various types of health care organizations, including acute care hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, psychiatric hospitals, retirement centers, short term-rehab nursing homes, long term care nursing facilities, chemical dependency centers and dialysis centers. He has worked both in the public sector with for profit organizations, privately held organizations and both non-profit and not-for-profit organizations, including a United Way Agency in Orlando.
Throughout his career, Annichiarico has distinguished himself as an effective and dynamic executive with a track record of delivering clinical compliance, measurable results and improvements at nursing facilities and hospitals. He has successfully lead facilities from close to bankruptcy to fiscal soundness and also led a media campaign to rescue a troubled facility in Pittsburgh.
He has also served in the Regional Vice President capacity and supervised 6 facilities in Texas, Florida, and Virginia. He has traveled internationally and collaborated with physicians, hospitals and staffing in Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and Venezuela.
Highlights of his career include construction and opening of three (3) hospitals in the State of Florida, including a 60-bed Psychiatric Hospital in Hialeah, FL., a 60-bed Psychiatric Hospital in Melbourne, FL., and a 60-bed Rehabilitation Hospital/180 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Miami.
A resident of Lake Mary, Florida, Annichiarico holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration/Health Services Administration from Wagner College, and a Bachelor of Science degree, specializing in Liberal Arts, with a Major in Biology and Minors in Business and Chemistry from Marquette University. He has distinguished his career by achieving the Fellow level in the American College of Healthcare executives (FACHE). This is the highest professional designation in the most prestigious healthcare Professional Association. He has served as a preceptor for ACHE candidates advancing to the Fellow level and has also served as a preceptor for Administrators in Training for Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facilities. He has presented seminars/lectures at UCF on Diversity.
Community service has included Presidency and Board membership on Chambers of Commerce in Illinois and Florida. He has also served as President of a Condo Association and Golf Community Homeowners Association. Volunteer work includes Disney Marathon and Susan Komen 5K Cancer events.
Michael is married with 2 children and 2 grandchildren. His hobbies include golfing, traveling, gourmet cooking, reading and biking.
A seasoned executive with thirty years of diverse corporate experience, he began his career with the NCR Corporation (now AT&T). Throughout his twenty-year career with NCR, he held several management positions ranging from Corporate Contracts Development Manager at NCR’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio to National Sales Manager at NCR’s Power Systems Group in Lake Mary, Florida where he was responsible for activities throughout the United States and Canada.
His media experience includes working as an on-air personality at WHIZ Radio & TV, an NBC affiliate in Zanesville, Ohio. He has been involved in numerous marketing and advertising projects that called for the development and implementation of both promotional and advertising plans. As CEO of J. Simpson Communications, he helps clients develop marketing and advertising plans as well as developing and managing fund-raising and promotional events for various organizations. He also serves as the Director of Marketing and Memberships for the National Black Golf Hall of Fame leading the organization to a national brand. John also co-founded Central Florida Black Family Today magazine. The magazine had a circulation of over 20,000.
A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh where he received his Political Science degree, he lettered in football, baseball and track serving as co-captain of the football team his senior year. Currently, he is Chairman of the President’s Minority Advisory Council at the University of Central Florida.

Dwayne Horton is a seasoned Financial and Operational Executive with over 20 years in management, and over 10 years of senior management experience. Dwayne’s’ experience transcends a variety of business entities. His professional career began in Public Accounting with Arthur Andersen and Co. He has held senior level positions with major retail operators Southland Corporation and Circle K Corporation, major Financial Services, Community Loans of America, International Finance, with MDTT incorporated, and high tech communications with Adelphia Cable.
Dwayne has spent the major portion of his professional career in new business model development, re-engineering business segments, and conducting Internal and operational audits.
A native Floridian and resident of Orlando, Dwayne holds a MBA from Florida Metropolitan University and a BS in accounting from Morehouse College in Atlanta Georgia.
A devoted family and social conscience man, Dwayne has devoted many years volunteering and mentoring area boys and girls in basketball and life through YBOA, ICBA, FBVA, and AAU. He is married and the father of three.
